This explains what KRAM Academy collects, why, and who helps us run the site.
Your access key and login session, so you stay signed in. To keep accounts secure and stop key sharing, we record technical information when you log in and use the site, such as IP address, device type, and approximate area. When you use the AI tools, we receive what you submit: video frames, optional screenshots, numbers, captions, and notes. Your analysis results are saved in your My History.
To run your account, protect it from misuse, give you AI results, keep your history, and fix problems. We use security information only for security. We do not sell your data and we do not run ads.
Cloudflare hosts the site. Supabase stores our data. Google Gemini analyzes what you submit to the AI tools, and our requests may pass through a relay we run on Cloudflare. Google handles that data under its own terms, so please do not upload anything private or sensitive.
We use only the cookie needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not share your personal data with others, except the services above or when the law requires it.
We keep your data while your access is active and as needed for security. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your data by emailing us, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
